All of us know how a Gantt chart looks, but few know how to build one. Yet alone create one in HTML and JavaScript to display on a Web page.
The jQuery Gantt Package automates the process of creating and embedding Gantt charts on a Web page, providing an easy to use configuration table for adding projects and tasks, from which the final Gantt chart will be built from.
All charts created with the jQuery Gantt Package are easy to understand, allowing users to scroll the timeline and hover tasks to find out various details about a project's on-going process.
Additionally, to the left of the chart, a list of all tasks, ordered according to their start times will be listed, so the user can easily track the project's status.
Besides this jQuery version, similar packages from RadiantQ are also available for Silverlight setups and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).
Before purchasing jQuery Gantt Package, test out the trial package (a Windows MSI installer) that sets up a basic project on your computer. The trial contains all the package features, but is unusable without purchasing a valid license.
